Maxi Dress: Shein
So we weren’t totally sure what we were getting ourselves into by bringing P to the movies, but we are so excited to report back that it went so well! She just turned 3 recently, but man oh man does she have quite the opinion lately. I’m sure any of you with toddlers understand what I mean. For instance, just this last week she informed me I was useless because my arms were too short to reach her toy… while I was driving. USELESS. So needless to say, we were a little nervous about this adventure because if she wasn’t into it, she would’ve quickly let us and the rest of the theatre know. I will say it majorly helped that Alamo Draft House was our theatre of choice … mainly because warm baked cookies are on the menu! They have a full menu (including alcohol! Matt enjoyed that part for me 😏) which includes table service. It was awesome. In fact, in the middle of the movie, Presleigh literally turned to me and said “this is amazing!” -so cute. We saw Incredibles 2 and it was hilarious! I haven’t even seen the first one and I still appreciated it. We LOL’d a lot! So anyway, if your movie theatre doesn’t have a little button where you can order cookies, loaded fries, pizza and bottomless popcorn from your seat, wear a big ole purse and fill that baby up!
Another perk to seeing our first movie at Alamo Drafthouse was getting to add stickers to our Family Fun Card! They’re running a cute program this summer where you get rewards for seeing movies. Head to drafthouse.com/Family to find out more info!
